This view when you enter the Air and Space Museum is probably the most photographed spot in the room (HDR or otherwise). I tried to walk around for a a few hours to get some unique shots of all sorts of aircraft but I can’t resist posting such an epic view!
p.s. Yes, that is the Space Shuttle all the way in the background…this place is huge!

It’s been a few weeks since traveling to the Air and Space Museum in DC but I’ve finally gotten around to processing some photos. I’ll start the flow with this shot from the exterior which was the only spot where I was allowed to use a tripod. I understand the need to keep the aisles clear in the museum from tripods everywhere but it would really make it easier for processing all these wonderful HDR shots I got! Even Trey Ratcliff was not allowed to use a tripod inside…must be strict!

This little guy probably gets lost in the Air and Space Museum (the one at Dulles Airport), but after wading through about 800 photos I was drawn to this one first. Maybe it’s the expression the nose is making or maybe the rest of the museum is just so overwhelming…this little guys sticks out though.

Stephanie looking pensive as summer comes to an end. We had a great Labor Day weekend, but unfortunately Labor Day always reminds us that winter is right around the corner.
